Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for TraceCheck subscriptions and one-time purchases made on the Platform.
Subscriptions
TraceCheck subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your profile settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal: you keep full access until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made. To resume a cancelled subscription, start a new checkout after the paid period ends.
14-day money-back guarantee
Every new subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
After the 14-day guarantee window, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or for unused lookup credits remaining in the current period, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
One-time purchases
Credit packs and the PDF report add-on are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions: they do not renew and no recurring charge is made.
The same 14-day window applies to one-time purchases that have not yet been delivered or used: email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once any credits from a pack have been spent, or the PDF download has been unlocked, the purchase has been delivered and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Requesting a refund
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or a purchase you paid for was not delivered, contact us and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor.
To request a refund, email info@tracecheck.com from the email address linked to your account and include the date and amount of the charge and the purchase it relates to.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract, including mandatory withdrawal or refund rights in your country of residence.
