The Website is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 or over with full legal capacity under the laws of their country of residence. Specifically, the Website does NOT display private information from social media profiles, databases, or registries that are not publicly accessible, and it does NOT collect information from any private source unavailable to the general public.
  • Licensed aggregated data: datasets compiled and licensed by authorised third-party suppliers from publicly available sources.

The Platform does not use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to search for or process information. Data retrieval is performed exclusively through paid, contractually authorised third-party APIs. Search inputs submitted by the User are processed by those third-party services solely to perform the requested lookup. This processing is strictly for the purpose of delivering the core functionality of the Platform.

In all cases, We only process personal data which is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described above. That is, if you provide Us with more information than the one expressly required, you consent to its processing for Us for the informed purpose(s).

In view of the foregoing, the Company shall not be liable if:

  • The User is not of legal age according to the laws and regulations of their country of birth or residence. In this regard, it is the sole responsibility of parents and/or legal guardians to exercise appropriate control over the online activity of their minor children and prevent their access to Websites whose content is not suitable or recommended for minors.
